Return Policy:

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Merchandise in its original condition (new, unwashed, and unworn) purchased directly from Ben & Flora website, can be returned within 7 days of original purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, here are a few things to keep in mind:

·        Your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

·        A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

·        Due to variations in monitor displays, Ben & Flora cannot guarantee exact color accuracy.

·        Non-returnable items: Party wear, Inner wear, Socks, Promotional items, and gift sets.

Please return the product in its original packaging, including all parts and freebies. When returning a product, please make sure that it is correctly packed. Please note that if an Incorrect Product(s) is handed by you to our Courier Service Partner, Ben & Flora shall not be responsible for any

loss/damage/theft caused to such Incorrect product while in transit or otherwise.

Products purchased from Ben & Flora stores may only be returned at the stores. Returns for products purchased at the stores will not be accepted through the website.

How does Returns work?

Go to Order History page and click on the order number for which you want to raise a return request. Click on the Return link next to the product you would like to return.

Follow the screens, fill in the required details and submit the request.

Our delivery team will collect the package from your doorstep within 4-5 business days.

 All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by Ben & Flora Quality Team.

Free return is available only for:

Damaged products Incorrect items received

For all other returns or exchanges:

Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method, If the original method is unavailable, a store credit (valid for 3 months) will be issued.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
